Custom Metalcraft designs conveyors to last and to be operator friendly. Simple, intuitive controls can be included, and designs use replaceable sprockets, belts, and drives when possible.

Sanitary
All conveyors fabricated for sanitary service are constructed using accepted USDA and FDA design and finish standards. When required, all welds are ground smooth and flush which are designed to minimize crevices and decrease cleaning time. Our standard finish is a glassbeaded finish, providing a uniform satin look. CIP systems are an available option on various conveyor designs.

Wide Range of Sizes and Shapes
Our conveyors can be as short as 12", or as long as 200'-0". Conveyors can be designed to include "S" curves, inclines, declines, retractable belts, and articulating ends. Custom Metalcraft has designed and built "Wiggle-Waggle" lateral movement conveyors for filling and product dispersal.
