Custom Metalcraft kettles are manufactured from high grade stainless steel. All product contact surfaces are polished to be sanitary and for easier cleaning. Product outlets can be a variety of sizes in the bottom-center with easy-to-use sanitary tri-clamps, which allows easy connection to pumps, heat exchangers, filling machines, or whatever the next step is in your process.

Custom Metalcraft manufactures its kettles with a very efficient hemispherical-bottom design that focuses heat transfer toward a central focal point within the product. The hemispherical-bottom design is also well suited to a wide range of agitation. Custom Metalcraft can design in the most efficient agitation for your particular process, to include:

• Single motion wide sweep
• Single motion wide sweep with mixing turbine
• Single motion wide sweep with scrapers
• Single or multiple agitators (on or off axis)

Custom Metalcraft kettles are supported by sturdy legs that are attached to lugs in the side walls instead of the jacket surface. This eliminates jacket failure that is sometimes common with other kettle manufacturers.
