Custom Pivot Dumpers
     
 

Portable

All pivot dumpers can be designed to be portable, with locking casters, fork channels, drag/push bars, and remote connections for utilities. All pivot dumpers fabricated for sanitary service are constructed using accepted USDA and FDA design and finish standards. When required, all welds are ground smooth and flush and the receivers are designed to minimize crevices and decrease cleaning time.

Ease of Use

Pivot dumpers are not only a cost effective method of dumping products, but one of the easiest systems for operators to use. Our standard control packages include emergency stops (E-stop), and momentary up/down switches. Optional limit/positioning switches and automatic operation can be integrated into the operator control package.

Special Requirements

Dumping requirements for areas that are not floor level loading pose unique challenges to the design and construction of each dumper. Custom Metalcraft fabricates dumpers to your specifications to include frames and elevated platforms for fork truck or crane loading. Dumpers can also be fitted with “Open” receivers for ease of cleaning, and with our optional “Pallet Retractor” for keeping unclean pallets away from product zones.
