Large or Small
Our blenders can be designed for virtually any situation, from laboratory or small batch mixing, to large scale systems. Ease of use and functionality are designed into every blender. All blenders fabricated for sanitary service are constructed using accepted USDA and FDA design and finish standards. When required, all welds are ground smooth and flush and the receivers are designed to minimize crevices and decrease cleaning time.

Helical Flighting
Helical flighting is the standard for most blenders. Flighting can be specified as single shaft/single ribbon, dual shaft/single ribbon, single shaft/dual ribbon, or dual shaft/dual ribbon. Paddles and scrapers can also be added to provide a more efficient blend.

Paddles
Paddles can be installed in multiple configurations, and can include additional flighting and scrapers. Paddles can be specified in single or dual shaft designs, and dual shaft paddles can be designed to have an interweaving pattern.

Heat Transfer
To increase the effectiveness of mixing, heat transfer can be installed on almost any blender. Standard blenders use dimple jacket, (the same found on our tanks and pressure vessels) and can carry the ASME code stamp for high pressure applications.
