 Material Movement
Scissor lifts can be designed for movement of material from floor level to an elevated structure. Our sanitary designs include one-way entry points with two-way exits, or two-way entry and exit points. Pallets, drums, and other containers can be easily attached to the lift surface. Lifts can be designed to have locks, position sensors, and other safety devices include protecting the operator during cycles. These lifts can also be designed to be portable.
Personnel Movement
These specialty lifts are designed to move people in sanitary environments. Typical options of personnel scissor lifts include handrails, safety gates, and interlocks, maximizing operator safety. These lifts can be designed to handle up to 20 people at one time, and can also have self-contained, powered bases with steering drives, allowing the operator to move the entire unit without having to exit the system. These can be  designed to meet the strictest sanitary codes, including USDA and FDA standards, and all electrical items can be designed for a wet or washdown environment. A variety of other options are available including counterbalancing, product movement, lighting, and custom interface points. |
