Macro Bin Single Pivot Dumper

Single Pivot Macro Bin Dumpers are designed to load a bin at floor level, rotate, discharge and return to original position.

Standard Features

• 304 stainless steel construction on product contact areas with carbon steel frame
• Approximate lift capacity of 4000 pounds, including receiver, container and product
• Receiver is designed to accommodate a standard macro bin, with an adjustable retaining bar to accommodate different bin heights
• Available in 48” up to 66” dump heights
• Unit has 135° rotation with a 45° dump angle
• 5 HP drive motor, 460v/3ph/60Hz, 1750 RPM with self-contained hydraulic power pack
• NEMA 4 fiberglass enclosure with motor starter, start/stop, up-down switch and a “dead man” spring return
• Cycle speed of approximately 24 seconds
